Delivery FAQ's

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we are based in the UK and currently ship worldwide excluding Europe and Ireland

Once we get more information and support on the new GPSR regulations we are hoping to resume deliveries to Europe and Ireland.

How much is shipping?

UK

Royal Mail 2nd Class (2-3 Working Days) - Free

International

Royal Mail International Tracked (7-14 Working Days) - £10.50

Royal Mail Economy Standard (10-60 Working Days) - £4.20

Can I track my order?

UK - Our standard Free delivery is a partially tracked service, the tracking link within your shipping confirmation will only be updated once delivery has been made or attempted. Your order will fit through your letterbox so there is no need to be in to receive it.

International - We offer an international tracked service which allows you to track your order, our cheaper economy international service does not include tracking.

I have not received my order by the expected delivery date, what do I do?

This doesn't happen very often but in most cases, this will just be a short delay with Royal Mail and your order will arrive a few days after the expected delivery date.

If your order has not been received 10 working days after the expected delivery date (20 working days for international delivery) your order will be considered lost at which point we can offer a refund or replacement.

Do I need to pay customs on international orders?

International orders may be subject to import duty and handling fees. Unfortunately we have no control over this and are unable to predict what they they will be as they vary from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for current charges prior to ordering.

Can I amend or cancel my order after I've placed it?

We will always attempt to amend your order and/or shipping address after the order has been placed. To do so, please contact us as soon as possible using the contact form the website.

Unfortunately, if we have already started making your personalised product or have dispatched your order this may not be possible.

My order is showing as delivered but I have not received it!

Before contacting us, please do the following things:

  1. Check your confirmation email to make sure the delivery address is correct
  2. Use the tracking link to check the map of where of where your item was delivered to make sure it was delivered to the correct address.
  3. Check with any other members or the household, neighbours or safe places to see if it has been accepted on your behalf.

If you have still not received your order 24 hours after doing the above please contact us so we can provide further information. We also advise calling Royal Mail customer support on 03457 740740 who may be able to assist further.
